We have installed 312.36kWp across 4 Dry Silo Mortar Manufacturing establishments across the UK. These sites spanned the UK, from Manchester, all the way down to Southampton.
SolarEdge technology was established to be necessary for this installation due to the nature of the sites. As they manufacturer mortar, these sites are incredibly dusty, and we wanted to ensure that each panel is optimised to negate any impact from dirt on the panels.
We also identified that working inside these buildings to complete electrical work would be harder due to dust in the air, so we ensured that an in-depth risk assessment was undertaken and our team wore suitable PPE for their time on site.
The systems have seen 304MWh’s of production thus far, and this is set to increase again as we have been instructed to install a 58.08kWp in the South-West of England, which we are excited to complete in April 2024.
